  Extremely slow service. Ordered 10 boneless wings right away with our drinks. They took 45 minutes. 15 minutes after ordering a beer, I was told they were out of it. So I ordered a different one. 15 minutes later, a beer came out, but not what I ordered. Totally flat, not the American IPA ordered. They said it was a bad keg. So I ordered a different beer. 15 minutes later… you guessed it… they didn’t have that one either. At that point, I decided to stick with water. I don’t expect superb service when I go to BWW, but this was so far below my expectations. We go out to eat to relax with a beer and food. This was not enjoyable at all.

  Our server Chloe is AMAZING. Super sweet and super attentive Kept waters full, table cleared, and made sure we had everything we needed. Chloe deserves a raise. We will be asking for her every time we come in!

  Jacob took my real drivers license and tried to say it was fake. Wouldn't give it back and was super nasty about the whole thing. nobody is going to buffalo wild wings to use a fake ID. Thank goodness my mom was able to get to the restaurant with my passport as the police were tied up. Didn't even listen to what we had to say and just forced us to leave while he held onto my ID. From my understanding, I'm pretty sure that's illegal, but it probably made him feel good in the moment.

  I ordered a pick 6 special and ordered one of the boneless wings with two different sauces, these wings all came mixed together (in two sauces) but all mixed as one. It was disgusting to say the least. Then, the second boneless wings were ordered with two different sauces but on the side, however no sauce was actually given on the side. Only 2 blue cheese dips came with, and we had ordered 3 blue cheese and a ranch. No straws with the drinks just to top it all off. Disappointed and hungry. We used to be huge fans of BWW, but this is not the first order as of late that has been full of issues. Maybe Wingstop is our new go to from now on.
