  service has been bad just about half the times i’ve gone here… we just ordered wings and picked them up and a few still had feathers stuck in them… i expected better, just disappointed

  On 10/2 I called and asked if this location was showing the UFC 320 PPV on 10/4. The lady on the phone said yes. This confirms what was shown online. We go to the location on 10/4 and we find out that it’s closed. We had no knowledge that this would happen prior and we did our part to make sure we could come. They never called back to say that they were closed. Horrible management and customer service. And they told us the wrong info. Not a great experience overall.

  We had a party of 7 and right away when I let the hostess know, she sighed and acted like we were an inconvenience. They sat us in a booth with a seat on the end. It was cramped and didn’t fit us all, the store was empty. There was one table for 2 and plenty of places to put us. When we ordered we got our food all at different times, 2 of us got our food 20 minutes after everyone finished eating. Our drinks were empty half the time and we had to ask to for refills. We stacked our trash and it was never taken, we were already cramped and had to put it on another table so we had room to eat. Some of our food like the fries were cold and a burger didn’t come with all the ingredients, it was missing the toppings. The bathroom also didn’t have paper towels. This was a horrible experience.

  This place has gone so downhill. Slow service, overpriced food, and bad attitudes toward the customers. This place is very overpriced for the terrible food they give out. We spent $10 on "hatch queso" and chips and she brought out a thing of crumbled up chips with plastic tasting queso 15 minutes AFTER our actual food came out, even though the queso was the first thing we ordered.
