  This store is horrible. They hire literally anybody they find off the street. No one here has proper customer service, the food takes forever to come out whether you do pickup or you dine in, and the food is poorly made. Never coming back to this location again.

  was told it would be a 20 minute wait that ended up being over 45...we left after receiving attitude from the hosts when we asked about our wait time

  I haven’t had worse service in my life. Wings were extremely small. Such a shame I like this restaurant chain but the workers spent more time on break than doing their job.

  Really sexist people, there is all girls Staff didn't feel comfortable, got dirty looks took forever to get a beer, didn't feel welcome or wanted to be here. Just showed up to watch the game because I don't have cable when I ordered onion rings, they gave me fries big hassle cause I have a speech impediment and a disability so felt really uncomfortable with how I was treated with everything before any of this they just need to do better, and actually have guys behind the bar, girls are sexist and treat guys like trash you have boobs, doesn't matter. Treat people with the same respect as you wanna be treated
