Countless times this location has disappointed me—both in service and food quality. Other Buffalo Wild Wings locations are consistently better in every way.
First, the online order system is a mess. Pick-up times are inconsistent, and more often than not, the food comes out cold. I can tolerate waiting five minutes—but today, 9/20/2025, was the last straw.
I understand being short-staffed, but that’s no excuse for poor service. An experienced, attentive server would have checked online orders right away. Instead, this waitress dragged her feet, prioritizing her tip-paying dine-in tables while my order sat in the back. I waited ten minutes, and by the time she handed it over, everything was cold.
To make it worse, she refused to provide ranch unless I paid extra—something most people expect automatically with wings. I left it off my order by mistake, but her attitude made it clear she couldn’t care less.
The whole experience was unacceptable. Unprofessional. Disrespectful. I will never order from this location again, and I strongly urge others not to waste their time here either. Dine-in may be different, but online orders are clearly treated as an afterthought.
I rarely write reviews, but this place has pushed me past my limit. Absolutely horrible.
