    At first this was a bad review but luckily I can change it instead of acting on emotion. The gal at the carry out window was a bit overwhelmed with everyone waiting. She did get the orders out as fast as they came in and apologized for the long wait. I can respect that! May just give them an 40-45 min when ordering online on weekend evenings. Food was good still a B-DUB fan

    I ordered large tater tots and 6 piece boneless wings. One of the wings was a cauliflower wing and the tots were barely filled. Won’t be returning

    WORST EXPERIENCE AT A RESTAURANT EVER!! You can't keep blaming poor service and poor quality on being "short-handed" for years & years. Food - HORRIBLE & COLD Service - SLOW & INATTENTIVE (my wife paid bc I was not leaving a tip) Atmosphere - H S. cotillion or something. Lots of booths taken up by obnoxious, tackily-dressed, ill-mannered kids drinking water & stealing each other's food...so much so that the police were called. Needless to say after years of enjoying BW's, we'll be looking for a different place to dine at next weekend. We'll NEVER return...even if given free food for life. It was THAT BAD!

    Food was good as always. Not the friendliest service but it's a busy football Sunday. Some chaos with TVs after games started but eventually they sorted everything out... Surprisingly no Fever playoff game on, but they were showing the White Sox who are completely out of anything...

    My wife and I haven’t been here for about a year. We get the meal for two, she ordered an adult beverage and we both added to our order something extra with food. She got queso and bacon on the wedges and I had cheese on mine. My wedges had one clump of cheese that didn’t cover any of the wedges. There was no mild sauce on nearly all of the wings. Her’s came out with some bacon but no queso. He brought out mild sauce and queso instead of taking it back. After we had to prepare our own food at the table, he never showed up with our drinks. The manager comes by and we tell her about our experience. She asked us if we wanted them made again and we said no because we waited 30 minutes for our wrong order. She brought out our drinks 2 minutes before we left. She took six bucks off our order that we didn’t eat and had to prepare at the table. She admitted that there was hardly and sauce and cheese on our order. We never saw the waiter again that evening after the complaint. This will be the last time at this location. To the manager, you don’t charge people for wrong orders when we have to fix them at the table. Honestly we shouldn’t have to pay for a meal your staff got wrong and what makes you think that I would trust the same people to remake my order and get it right the second time? This location needs new managers, waiters and cooks. You’re about to 3 stars soon yet no one has addressed the issues brought to your attention before mine. Totally waisted my money.
