  Not sure if it’s just this location or not, but every single time I’ve ordered from here I am so disappointed. The service is fine, it’s just the quality of food that sucks. The wings are so so dry and always haphazardly coated in way too much sauce. The ranch tastes like nothing lol. I know it’s a chain and I’m not expecting the worlds best wings but at this price they should be much better.

  Didn’t get a menu when I sat down, still didn’t get a menu when she came back to ask what food we wanted, finally got a menu after telling her idk what I want because I didn’t have a menu and food took 20 mins to come out, ate all of our food and waited 20 mins to get paid out, my friends wanted to leave so they left cash and I had to walk up to the other server to pay out with card because our server was no where to be found and took so long, then our server appeared out of no where, followed us out the door yelling “are you guys going to pay too??” after my friends left cash. I get that it’s busy but come on lol super rude and embarrassing.

  Myself and my husband are platinum doordashers, we went into this place to pick up an order we were a little early so we waited for a few minutes, after pickup time was a couple minutes past, I asked if someone could check on the order, she said sure went back and came out and said that it would be another 5 minutes, we are on a time schedule, we can't wait around, my husband told the manager that we can't wait, the manager was very rude and told us never to come back. Ok, we will be calling the Assistant CEO of doordash and filling a complaint about the unprofessionalism, and rude behavior, this is not ok and will not be tolerated by platinum doordash drivers.

  If you would like to be served, don’t ask for Gracie. Couldn’t be bothered to say hello to us and just set the menus down and walked away. Could only get appetizers ordered because she only came over once. Went to pay but had to wait for who knows how long while she was on her computer and phone. These servers need to be held accountable for their service.

  Went there for a Seahawks game Sunday afternoon with the boys and the vibes were great. Lots of fans for a lot of teams. Nachos and tenders were good, fries were great. Boneless wings could be better they seemed a little stale but can’t complain from a chain restaurant tbh. Our server Havi or Havana I can’t remember her name exactly but she was awesome and made sure we were happy with the food!
