  My boys and I decided to have a late dinner this evening we frequent BWW often. We were greeted with the friendliest smile from Mysse. At that moment, I asked if we could sit in her section. I promise you, we have not had greater service anywhere else- ever. She was so kind and attentive. If you go to BWW request her section. 🙂 Thank you, Mysse for top notch service.

  The absolute worst service ever. So slow! And the kitchen took 30 minutes for nachos and cheese and the place is not even half full. Would not return.

  Good luck if you want to order pick up food here. My food has NEVER been ready on time. I have waited up to 1 hour after it is supposed to be ready. I love the food, but don’t promise my order will be ready if it won’t. I understand things happen. But this is every time. If it was like 5-10 minutes after. Ok I get it. But 30+ minutes AFTER it is supposed to be ready (no. I’m not talking about from the time I ordered. I’m talking about when it says the food will be ready). Is just insane.

  I’m still waiting for the food it’s been around an hour. So far I’ve got two appetizer first one came out raw second a little undercook. The bathrooms environment isn’t great. I believe the workers are either goofing off in the kitchen or the oven is slow. Please read this

  It is with a heavy heart that I announce the end of a relationship that has lasted nearly 30 years. B-dubs, we've tried, We. Have. Tried ..really hard to overlook and overcome the obvious signs of a once great place that is now in decline. We are local, frequent customers but now it's just too much. Not going to nail a list of the 95 problems to the door, but as an example, three couples at the bar including us. Something with each of our food orders was wrong, and we all heard the same thing "sorry, thanks for understanding". The phrase "I'll have another one of these when you get a chance" does not get you a drink until you literally wave someone down. The Blazin' Rewards app can't handle a dang 1200 point redemption for pickles and even though I gave my number, I did not get any points for our visit. Oh and a little 6 oz prosecco split that used to cost $6 is now more than doubled to $12.75. How pretentious. Anyway, see ya.
