This place is horrible came to dine in on Friday for lunch place wasn’t packed at all set down waited 17 min for some one to come and take my order. Waited another 31 mins and food wasn’t ready. I got up and walked out. Fast forward to Monday came in on lunch break again ordering from the lunch menu: Grilled chicken sandwich once again business slow young lady at the register even stated it wasn’t going to be long due to it being slow. Here it is 15 mins passed by no sandwich. Asked about how long it will be was told another 8 mins. 23 mins just for a sandwich is just sad. NEVER WILL I BE BACK. Everyone moving like zombies guess Halloween came early!!

We always enjoy BWW but I placed a pickup order Saturday night for wings and we decided to change the flavor from plain to honey bbq. I called back within 1-2 minutes and the person on the phone fumbled around and finally told me that he couldn’t change it and that I would have to pay extra. I found that to be totally unacceptable and horrible service. Please use this as a learning experience/training experience for your people.

Me my wife and 2 children sat down for lunch. After placing our drink orders 20 minuets goes by and no drinks arrived to our table. I got up and told the host our issue. I sat back down and our server came back telling us to CUSS HER OUT in front of our children.. I’m sorry but I’m not gonna do that. The audacity to say that in front of my family is ridicules.. the staff and management needs replacing or to learn how to do better..

Attitudes are horrible. The African American manager does not need to be a manager of any sort. Was ordering online and had app issues. After multiple tries, my order was placed without me putting all my specifications in. Contacted the store and asked them to correct it and I would pay the difference. After making it into the store, the associate told me that they couldn’t fulfill my request. I told them to refund the order. Instead of giving me a slip showing a refund with the word refund and a negative sign, they made a homemade receipt and gave it to me . I asked the manager for a proper refund slip and he told me that he could not just give me one and that it was not his issue that I ordered my food incorrectly. I went on to let him know that my food was only ordered incorrectly due to their system. He said that wasn’t their issue. This is not his first time talking to customers like that. After I asked for the store managers number , he directed me to get it outside of the store if I wanted it . I left out of the door and he continue to address me in a rude way to his employees.
