  Their happy hour food and drinks are actually a pretty good deal and that’s what has kept our large group to come back every couple of months. But the service at Mission Viejo is absolutely the slowest servers every single time. Management is the worst.

  The slowest service ever. Extremely rude management. If you wanna wait for 45 minutes for a drink and then over an hour for food then come here but if you don’t bring your id when you are 68 years old then good luck.

  So we love watching the college football games here. Deanne is awesome even though she works more at the Aliso Viejo location. She makes all of her customers feel like regulars (or family). We love coming here and we love the employees. Thanks Team. L

  Maybe it was the 40 minutes that it took to make the salad or the service that was so slow. Perhaps it was the fact that the salad wasn’t mixed or that we were ignored the entire time and they never refilled our drinks until it was clear we were about to leave. If you end up here because there are no other options, I recommend you leave. I left here feeling unwelcome, unsatisfied, and disappointed of the quality of every aspect of this restaurant. I wish I could get the time back and decide to eat at a gas station for my birthday. To Corporate: please close this location or burn it to the ground or send in a priest. This is a high traffic location that is ruining your brand.

  I have to tell you. Isaiah is one of the best bartender/server/buses that I’ve ever experienced. He is super attentive and can handle a busy crowd. We enjoy coming here to watch college football. Even though it’s very busy, he always is able to spend just the right amount of time chatting with each table while keeping track of everyone in the restaurant.
