The service was good. The food was LOADED with salt so much that I couldn’t taste the flavor of the food! Every thing I put in my mouth was just SALTY and NASTY! It may have tasted good if it weren’t for the salt. They brought me a burger with NO CHEESE on it. Just 2 meat patties put together. The server went to get me 2 cold slices of cheese and I had to send back for them to melt the cheese on it. Couldn’t eat the fries due to the amount of salt. Couldn’t eat the chips due to salt and the chicken Buffalo dip was soooooo salty. That’s all I could taste. I’m disappointed. The sweet tea was good. My husband liked his boneless wings and tots. He ate most of it.

Buffalo Wild Wings is not one of my favorite restaurants, but I really enjoy the one in Rolla, MO. Service and food are both very good. Our server was Isiah, and he provided excellent service. The manager, Alan, also visited with us and was very helpful.

I walked in and had to ask to be seated as no one was around to greet or seat us. I had a toddler with me and had to get my own highchair as one was not offered. We ordered appetizers and were not given plates to eat until we asked for them. We ordered a trio dip appetizer and it came with barely any chips so we had to request more but it took a while and our food came before we recieved the chips at the end of our meal. Our food came and they forgot my toddlers food I had to ask for it. We asked for a refill on drinks when our food was being served and that came after we finished eating. I asked the manager who was cleaning menus for some napkins and he seemed annoyed to be bothered and never said one word to us which is extremely unprofessional as a manager. Once the bill arrived we noticed that they charged us for an entire order of chips and salsa when all we requested was more chips since what was provided was not enough enough to finish one of the dips in the trip we ordered. The experience was not good and we most likely will not return because of the service and the managers poor attitude.

Came to the patio with the pups to watch the Penn State game. The staff was more than accommodating with getting our game on the TV outside and our service from Zay was OUTSTANDING!!! Personable, quick, attentive, and entertaining. Can’t wait to have him as our waiter again

We ate dinner here on Sep 27, 2025 and had a pretty bad experience. We arrived at 6:30pm, starving and ready to eat. There was some open tables here and there and once we got seated, our server was friendly and helpful and took our order. But then we waited, and waited, and waited, and everyone around us were waiting as well. After 20-30 minutes, the server started apologizing about how long it was taking. As we started looking around, I noticed that there was a steady stream of people coming in and getting to-go orders. We were starting to get frustrated but wanted to be patient with our server, as the people sitting behind us were really mad and it was a little uncomfortable and we didn't want to make our server feel bad. At 7:45pm, we asked to speak with a manager, who told us they had been flooded with to-go orders and assured us they were going to make our food as soon as possible and that we would be getting a discount. At this point, a table of 10 ladies sitting right by us decided to leave instead of waiting any longer. Finally, just before 8pm (~1 hour 20 minutes after ordering), we finally received our food. Fortunately, the food was good, as usual, but after we finished eating, we sat waiting to get the check. Finally, the waiter came by with our "pre-discount" check and said he thought we were getting a $10 discount, so then we were waiting again to get the discounted check. Probably waited another 10 minutes until he finally came back with a $5 discount on our ticket (which was originally $38 before the discount). At this point, I was obviously very frustrated, but we had our daughter with us who was just ready to go, so decided not to confront the manager and just left. After observing the whole situation, what I think happened was they did indeed receive a bunch of to-go orders, but instead of being proactive and either shutting off the online store or warning people coming in to eat and proactively dealing with the people in the restaurant, the manager just decided to do nothing and hope for the best. We do like the food here, but we definitely got a bad taste in our mouth from this experience. I would recommend if you go here and you are waiting awhile for your food, be proactive about asking if your food is actually getting made.
