  Overall Terrible service! Dismissive attitudes and remarks from all staff including managers. Unfortunate, that there is a lack of training and or accountability at this location. I’ve given the benefit of the doubt and many chances just to disappoint . Won’t be returning.

  Shrinkflation at its finest. Ordered a wing bundle and over half the wings are smaller than the standard in-home chicken nugget. Don’t know if it’s just this location but it seems likes whenever I order from the Shorewood location, my boneless wings look more like popcorn chicken than a boneless wing.

  I’m really disappointed with my last two visits to Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings were hard, had barely any sauce, and the food came out cold. We waited way too long just to get service or even receive our food. It was clear they were short-staffed and completely unorganized — no one seemed to know what was going on. To make things worse, there wasn’t a manager in sight to help or oversee the chaos. This place has really gone downhill from what it used to be. Definitely not the experience I expected. Will not return to this location again

  Wow, I am SO disappointed with this place. I, and I'm sure the rest of you are, sick and tired of rising prices and shrinking portions. My wife and I stopped in for lunch and ordered their Pick 6 meal for 2. We both opted for the $3 upgrade for their buffalo ranch sandwiches. When I tell you this sandwich was little I mean just larger than a slider. Literally a 4 bite sandwich and the "chicken breast" was paper thin and smaller than the bun. I've had tenders that were larger and meatier!!!! Check the pictures. My wife ordered hers with wedges and they literally sprinkled some on her plate. I ordered the tots and they were the best part of the meal...hard to mess those up. I get it, your trying to generate business but wow at some point someone at their Corp HQ needs to say this is absurd, I would never pay for that!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY IM DONE WITH PLACE. You want a good value meal go to CHILI'S at least there you don't feel like your getting robbed!!!

  Do you like placing online orders via the app? Do you like waiting 15 minutes before leaving the house to pick up your order? Do you like waiting an additional 40 minutes in the lobby for your order to be completed? Well come to this location if you want terrible service and mid at best food. My order wasn't complicated or large: 3 chicken dippers, a chicken wrap, cheese curds and a large lemonade. Everytime I made inquiries into when my food would be ready I was told 5 more minutes. Again and again. They didn't care. When I finally got my food, no apology or explanation was given. They even had the audacity to forget the drink which I had to remind them about. I take the food home. My wrap was stone cold. My daughter said the curds tasted gross and my son said the chicken dippers were also cold. It's just unbelievable the level of ineptitude at a place like this. And they weren't even very busy. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs.
