When asked if they can turn it down they said they can't because they have it like that for the cooks. Not sure what business worries for the comfort of their cooks. It's currently 61° outside and indoorsfeels colder than outside. We had to bring blankets in for our kids. This is one of the biggest reasons why I've stopped coming to buffalo wild wings the other is food always takes longer than 45 minutes to come out. I'm giving a 2 star review because of those 2 reasons other than that service was good!
