What a joke of a place, so disappointed, had a table of 9 on a Monday, almost no people in it and the service was so horrible and food was cold, asked a manager for explanation all he could say was" i don't know"

They took over an hour to serve food, we were the only group waiting for food. Once the food was served, some plates were served COLD. Once we were done eating they were more worried about cleaning our table than taking our checks after waiting for more than an hour. We ordered simple wings and burgers and we got the worst service.

Came out tonight for the ufc fight and everything was perfect. Dedicated Ken was highly professional in every aspect, waitress was great as well. I Highly recommend this place

I had such a positive experience with an employee I had to write a review. Ken went above and beyond to make my customer experience excellent last night, even though the problem had nothing to do with the restaurant. I ordered through the app for delivery via DoorDash last evening at 7:09pm. I got the text saying that my order would be delivered at 7:50 approximately 30 minutes after the initial text. Long story short, the food that was prepared at 7:09 was not delivered until 8:35. I could see that the delivery driver’s car was not moving for about 30 minutes so I called the store and Ken called DoorDash for me himself on a busy Friday night. He had DoorDash call me directly and then called to follow up and make sure the situation was resolved. When I expressed concerns about the quality of the food he was both sympathetic and supportive and as soon as the food was delivered said I could call back if there was a problem (there was, everything was cold and the boxes were disintegrating from being in plastic with hot food for more than an hour). He then called DoorDash AGAIN to have them resend a driver for a new meal. Ken was on the phone a minimum of 45 minutes during all of this and even offered me a cookie or brownie for the frustration even though it was not the restaurant’s fault at all. The new order was delivered in 30 minutes (the time it usually takes). Ken took a bad situation and fixed it. We will continue to order from here because we know that if mistakes happen that they will be handled with professionalism and kindness. Truly a wonderful customer service experience. Thank you so much!
