  So we ordered our food ... 1 appetizer four dishes. Everybody got their food and they told me mines would be right out. Didn't see my waiter for twenty minutes after that. Everyone finished their food and I still didn't even get mine, on top of that everyone needed refills. I had to ask another waitress to get me the manager and when I told her, I still haven't got my food yet and everybody's done eating.She said that was your food back there.It's still sitting back there, which I find weird if you're a manager and you see food dying in the window wouldn't you bring it to the table.... she then offered to make me fresh food to go because obviously I don't want food, that's been sitting there for over twenty minutes and I said, okay. When I get home with my to go order, the chicken wings weren't even fully cooked through

  Lady who answered the phone was very rude and cut me off before putting me on hold for 6 minutes before eventually disconnecting the line, when i called back there was no answer at all. I was calling about an issue with an order where they gave me the completely wrong order and the girl on the phone was extremely unprofessional

  Service is really slow. Took us a while to just get a couple of wings. They had a great deal where apps were endless, so we got a lot of appetizers other than that, everything took really long to come to our table, but when it did arrive, everything was delicious. The atmosphere was very nice. Sports bar oriented TVS everywhere, with all sorts of sports.

  I went with my son for a quick meal not expecting the level of service we got. Our server Henry was incredibly engaging and did a great job interacting with my 9 year old son. He was prompt with service even though he had other people to serve and was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the food. My son asked about 10 things on the menu only to order the first thing and Henry was patient and had a great sense of humor about the whole thing. We both had thestreet tacos and they were delicious.

  ⸻ If I could give zero stars, I would. My group arrived around 8 PM and was told the wait would be approximately 15 minutes. While we waited patiently, three other groups arrived after us and were seated right away, even though we had been there first. During this time, the staff seemed more interested in laughing and joking with one another rather than providing any updates or acknowledging us. I understand the restaurant was busy, but a simple reassurance or communication would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, after being ignored for 30 minutes, we decided to leave. The lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff left us feeling disrespected and overlooked
