I had a simple order to pick up. All it was was a drink, pretzels, and queso. After over 20 minutes of waiting I asked one of the servers how my order was going. She went and got her manager. He replied to me, "nobody is making you wait and you can have somebody else take it!" He was a very rude manager. And I've heard comments like this from other managers that work here

Food quality and wait times have fallen off a cliff in the past couple of years. I don't enjoy taking the family here anymore. The kitchen tossed mild wings in the same pan as the spicier sauce of another order. Not worth talking with management as they are apathetic and unwilling to address issues.

Great customer service! I happened to have part of my online order wrong, and they immediately corrected it. They offered desserts while I waited and a complimentary side. I’m very happy with how it was meditated, and great food regardless

I will NEVER be going to this buffalo wild wings again. To start off, we were never greeted when we arrived to the table where the waiter/waitress stands to take you to your table. After 5-10 minutes of being seated, we were finally asked if we wanted drinks and an appetizer. The drinks arrived shortly after and while we were waiting for our appetizer, it was very noticeable that the staff was not trying at all to make buffalo wild wings feel like a welcoming atmosphere. 10 minutes later we ordered our food and all started wondering where our appetizer was. 10 minutes went by, then 20, then 30 and we almost left. We all decided if the appetizer wasn't out within the next 15 minutes then we would leave. when the food finally arrived to our table, the entrees were served and we were told that they forgot to put our appetizer order in. They put no effort in to make the situation right or even show that they cared about their customers, one of my worst experiences at a chain restaurant.
