I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the extremely poor service and unprofessional conduct my fiancée, our friend, and I experienced during our recent visit to your restaurant.
On 10/14/2025 we visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location. When we arrived, the dining room was mostly empty, yet we stood at the front for approximately five minutes before anyone came to seat us. After being seated, we waited another fifteen minutes before having to call the server over just to place our drink order.
When our drinks (three Pepsis) were brought to the table, they were completely flat. We informed the server, who left the flat drinks on the table and walked away. After another ten minutes, we had to ask again for an update, and were told “Dennis was in the back changing it out.” It took several more minutes before we finally received fresh drinks.
We then had to call the server to our table for the third time to order our food. We placed an order for one appetizer and three entrées. Twenty minutes later, we still had not received anything, while two other tables that were seated well after us had already been served their appetizers.
At this point, I called over the manager, Krista, to express my concern. She informed me that two orders of my appetizer had been mistakenly delivered to the wrong tables. I explained that we were on limited time due to our lunch breaks. Despite this, another ten minutes passed without food. When the meals finally came out, we requested that everything be boxed to go, as we no longer had time to eat.
Krista brought the food to the table but walked away before we could request boxes. I politely called out to her to ask for boxes — not once, but three separate times — with no acknowledgment. On the third time, she yelled across the dining room, “YEP, I’LL GET YOUR BOXES ALRIGHT.”
When she returned with the boxes, she began arguing with me in front of other guests, insisting that I was wrong and refusing to take any accountability for our experience. She never once offered an apology. The entire exchange was unprofessional, loud, and embarrassing.
As I went to the front to pay, Krista continued talking about me and my party to her employees, laughing and making jokes. When I addressed her about this behavior, she replied, “Yep, you’re right, I am, so what.” She then boasted about being in the military and stated she was “going to take it to the next level” with me — even telling a male employee that she was “going to take it there” because of her military background. These statements made me feel threatened and deeply uncomfortable.
Overall, we spent over an hour at your restaurant and did not get to eat a single bite of our food. The entire visit was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a business of Buffalo Wild Wings’ reputation. I have the entire interaction on video as documentation of what occurred.
I am requesting that corporate leadership review this incident, take appropriate disciplinary action regarding the conduct of the manager Krista, and provide a formal response or resolution. I would also appreciate a refund for the meal, as we were unable to enjoy any of the food due to these circumstances.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
Sincerely,
Cameron Cox

My friends and I (a party of 10) came here to celebrate my birthday and to say I had the worst experience of my life is an understatement. I have been an employee (server & bartender) for Buffalo Wild Wings for 4 years and I can not understand how the service we got was as bad as it was. To begin, my 2 friends arrived 30 minutes before me and the rest of the group and it wasn't until 15 minutes after I arrived did someone come and greet the table and that was because the manager came and told a server he had to take us, this server looked like he just received the worst news of his life. As we were walking in, the cashier said very loudly how busy they were, there were maybe 5 other tables in the dining room. We were in a hurry so we ordered all our food, alcohol, and waters all at the same time. It took 40 minutes to receive our waters. I decided to go up to the server while he was putting our order in and he looked like he did not know what he was doing. I had to ring in my own margaritas and split the check correctly myself. I even wrote down on a piece of paper how the check was going to be split. The food arrived before our alcohol did and we had to ask for forks and napkins. We decided to give him our cards right after we got our food because we figured it would take the server forever to run 4 cards. And we were right. It took probably about another 30 minutes to receive our checks and he didnt even get that right even though I literally split it up by myself and showed him how it was supposed to be. One of my friends check was 27$ so she gave him 2 $25.00 gift cards and he never gave the one with a remaining balance back. We were in too big of a hurry to care. Not to mention, I didn't receive my margarita until I was walking out the door so he put it in a to-go cup, which coming from a fellow bartender, is a big no-no. Also, the manager could see how frustrated we were and did not come talk to us at all. All the other servers saw their co-worker struggling, literally getting help by a non-employee, saw my friends sitting there for 30 minutes, and no one helped. In my opinion, this server, and all the servers and manager included, need to be fired. This was the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever came across.
