  We waited for 34 minutes for our food just to be served cold, dried out wings. When I asked for a fresh batch, they brought them quickly, but with the wrong sauce. After we ate, waited 15 minutes for the check. Then, she never came back to get my card. Ended up walking to the service desk to check out. This place has really gone down hill.

  Erica was are waitress she is fantastic great personality fast friendly she made ius feel special she is wonderful food was great and fast prices where great highly recommend and ask fir Erica as your waitress shes great..

  Ordered food for a specific time to pick up we came right at the time we had set and our food was cold and the wings were soggy smh 🤦‍♀️

  It's a hit or miss here, we were immediately seated but then waited for a while for our server to ever come greet us. She was very friendly. It took the bar a while to get out drink order filled, we both ordered the pick 4 appetizer for our entree, although there was confusion with that, she only took my order then immediately left the table without getting my husband's order (she thought we were ordering an appetizer and not as our entrees) I had to go to the front desk to get her back to take my husband's order, she was apologetic and we laughed about it and told her it was fine. It took my husband's order a considerably long time to come out once I received mine, mine was cold the cheese sticks had ZERO pull, my traditional orange chicken wings were DRY, BURNT and HARD! our server got more involved with the kids playing the claw game than taking care of us after another server brought our food to us our server was even playing the game herself rather than checking on us. When she brought our check she couldn't even sit it on the table properly or even acknowledge us as she attempted to put it on the table because she was too busy YELLING across the room about the claw machine and running over there to see if the kids had won a ball, the check just fell to the floor as she ran off yelling. SMH There was a LARGE roach crawling back and forth behind a TV on the wall, it eventually ran down the wall and ran 2 groups out of the tables be cause it was running on the bench lining the wall. The server who brought our food eventually went over to search for it after more guests across the room complained about seeing it, he was climbing on the bench with his cell phone flashlight trying to locate it. Our last trip here we ended up having to have the manager come out because our service was horrendous that night too. We most likely will not be returning again after these two (although not the ONLY 2 BAD experiences we've had here) experiences. I think we're done here.
