If I could give zero stars I would!
We’ve been driving all day and decided to treat my son to Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time. I placed an order through the app using a promo code, entered my payment info, and clicked pay , only to get a message saying, “Oops, we’re sorry. That order didn’t go through. We’ll hold your money for 3–10 business days. Go ahead and re-order online or at the restaurant.”
When I called the Idaho Falls location immediately, the manager’s response was “shoot, that sucks, I can’t do anything for you.” Her “solution” was for me to pay again if I wanted food, or just wait up to 10 days for my money to be released. No offer to help, no apology, and when I asked for her district manager’s contact, she refused. We can call the 1-800 number and they will get the ticket. This is after sending screen shots of my banking app, the BWW app order screen, and my email from my bank of the transaction taking place.
"Because I don't have an order I can't help you. You're out of luck. I don't give out free food."
I understand technical issues happen, but the complete lack of accountability, empathy, or effort to make things right is unacceptable. It’s shocking that a national chain would think it’s okay to take customers’ money and tell them to “just reorder.”
We left hungry, frustrated, and completely unimpressed. If this is how Buffalo Wild Wings handles their customers, I won’t be giving them another chance.

This is the best Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever visited. I travel for a living and have been to locations all across the country, and this one truly stands out. The food came out hot and fast, the wings had the perfect amount of sauce, and the service was outstanding. The bartender was attentive and kept my drink full without me ever having to ask. Everything about this visit was excellent. This location sets the standard for how it should be done.
My wife and I stopped in today for lunch today, not knowing of your ‘card everyone’ policy. I’m 72, my wife is 79, and you have to verify I’m old enough to buy a beer?? That will be the last time we EVER step foot into a BWW. Your disgusting policy is an insult to senior citizens, and if you people are that stupid to not recognize our age, you shouldn’t be working there. Thanks for wrecking our day. Oh - the food sucked too. Never again!

We had a party of 8 and they told us a 15 minute wait. As we were waiting, they continued to seat every group of 2-4 people that came in (about 4 groups came in while we were waiting). After 20 minutes they came and told us it would be 30 more minutes. We left because they did not want our money and they were not kind in any of our interactions. Will not be trying again.
