Person answering the phone got my orders wrong, also sauce was wrong on one of the orders, and had written down the wrong name. Person on the phone just sounded like they wanted to get off the phone in a hurry. Their online system wasn’t working, kept saying my cards were declined, even when trying multiple cards. Used the same card when I picked up after I had to call in the order and worked just fine. When I arrived, so many people were waiting for their food, with nowhere to really stand, crowded around the takeout area. They really need some new management around there. Food was alright. Wouldn’t go there again.
The wait took forever and multiple people waited over 30 minutes for their order that was placed ahead of time

Wow, has this place gone downhill. Ordered takeout on 10/8/25 that was 20+ minutes late. When it was finally ready, the server tossed it on the counter and rudely walked away. If I wasn't already running late, I would have requested to speak to a supervisor.
Food was incorrect (wrong sauces & missing wings), and veggies (carrots & celery) were buried next to the hot food, making the celery wilt.
Used to go to BWW weekly with colleagues. Now I remember why I stopped going.

I sat at the bar right in front of the bartender. She did not acknoweledge me at all. I waited 7 minutes and still nothing at all. They were not busy so I have to say the rating for service is ZERO! I went to a tavern on High Crossing Blvd and I was imediately greeted, given 2 menus, told me his first name, Denis, and said sit wherever you like, I'll be right with you. He was. After this review, I'm giving the other place 5 stars accross the board. Don't waste your time with this BuffWldWngs, it's gone way downhill. I will never come back again.

I ordered the $20 boneless wings with fries special. Delivery was delayed from 7:20 until 8:45, and I watched the Uber driver’s location sitting at Buffalo Wild Wings the entire time — so this was 100% on the store, not Uber. When it finally came, they sent traditional wings instead of boneless. I called the store and the “manager” Patricia told me they were busy. Mind you, I’ve never seen more than 10-15 people in this restaurant at a time when I’ve been in… and being busy does excuse an entirely wrong order.
This is my 3rd bad experience out of 4. Still waiting on my refund the “manager” promised. Based on the service here, I’ll never get it.
