  I always love carryout from here. This time was the same. It's clean and everyone's always helpful. It's a pretty consistent on their food too.

  We've visited this BW for years and have had many wonderful experiences. Today was not one of them. From the nearly hour it took to get our food to it being cold and some of the order wrong, it was just disappointing. While the server was apologetic (and wasnt her fault), she seemed to avoid our table after the first 30 minutes out of what i assume was embarassment. They have some work to do and I hope they can get better.

  One of the worst services I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We arrived at 6 p.m. during rush time with a party of 7. We got a table fast, which surprised us because it was pretty crowded. After sitting down, it took about 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order (it was crowded, so no problem there). After taking our order and dropping off our beers, one of the beers was flat with almost zero carbonation. After mentioning this, she responded by saying the keg was not out yet and they can’t untap it until it’s completely out, which means multiple customers were getting flat beers. We waited almost an hour and a half to receive our food; we were missing some orders, and it arrived lukewarm at best. It was probably sitting on a shelf for about 20-30 minutes before it arrived at our table. We ate our lukewarm food, and after she came back to check on our table, we told her our food was cold. She responded with “Why didn’t you yell at me?” She said she would talk with the manager and came back with a 30% discount on our order (which was exclusively for the food). I believe the cherry on top was all the tables next to us arrived after us, ordered, received their food, ate, paid, and left before we even received our food (which one was a party of 8). The worst customer service I’ve ever received anywhere, and I will never be back. Hopefully, they get a competent manager and get this store back on track.

  This used to be our favorite spot, but the quality has gone downhill fast. After four straight visits of cold food, long waits, and mistakes, we’re done. On our most recent visit, it took over an hour and a half for our group’s meals to arrive—kids’ meals included—and when they did, much of the food was either wrong, dry, or cold. The manager apologized and comped the bill, but free food doesn’t fix a kitchen that can’t get the basics right. Buffalo Wild Wings has gone from dependable to disappointing, and we won’t be back.

  Stopped by 9/13 at 7:45. Several empty tables inside and out. We were told there would be at least a 30 minute wait for 2 people. We decided we would wait. As we sat in the air lock we saw several groups come to eat and leave after being told of the wait. We also saw several people that had ate leave but no one came out to say a table was ready ( there were only 3 families waiting to eat). After waiting 20 minutes my wife went in to see why no one was being seated. She was told that the manager had said not to seat anybody because the kitchen was backed up. What a joke. Very poor management. We had tried to eat at the BWW in Colerain the Saturday before and were told the kitchen was backed up 45 minutes ( and it had all kinds of empty tables) and we didn't bother to wait which is why we tried this location. I think I've learned my lesson and will just avoid this chain all together. .
