  This is a reminder to myself to never return here. Place was less than a 3rd full, we waited far too long for drinks, when they came, I was given a Guinness, not the ipa I had ordered. We were told the bartender had called off and they were understaffed. We didn't get our appetizer until our food was brought out and we reminded the waitress we had ordered one, as well as the "basket" of wedges (picture attached). Our waters never came, I had to go up to the bar for them. Lastly, the bill wasn't itemized, so I have no idea what we were actually charged for, but at that point I just wanted to get out as we had been held hostage far too long. What the hell happened to this place? BW's was awesome during college, always packed, a bit pricey, but the service and food made up for it. It's like they aren't even trying anymore. I'm sure someone will reach out about how they can "make it right for me" or some bs. How about the owners stop with the excuses and get to actually improving the place. Our server was polite, and probably had too much going on, which is understandable, I blame whatever's going on at this place solely on management and whoever owns the place.

  So i decided to get the 20 wings plus a large fries for $19.99 and decided to pay an extra dollar to change my fries for tots and this is what a large order of tots looks for them i guess... what a shame amd disappointment, I'm definitely going back to wing stop as my favorite wings restaurant...

  I placed a order online, my boyfriend went in to get it he comes out with part of the order. We were missing 2 apps and 6 wings. He goes back in comes out with wings and 1 app I go back in wait 10 mins before anyone even came to the counter. I tell them they forgot my cauliflower wings they go back come out 10 mins later give me a box

  Not sure what's going on with this location, but the last 5 times we've placed a mobile order here (I know, we should know better by this point), our order was catastrophically wrong. Like...half of our sides were missing and none of the sauces we ordered were included, type of wrong. For how expensive this place is, we shouldn't have to triple-check our order before we leave the parking lot, go back inside to read our receipt off to the person at the front to correct our order, only to come home and have our order STILL be wrong.

  My last 2 orders I had to wait over 20 minutes past the order was supposed to be ready. All while workers walked by ignoring myself and the other customers waiting for their orders. Today, my order was missing 10 boneless wings, 2 blue cheeses, 1 southwest ranch, and the “sauced tenders” weren’t sauced. They did accidentally give us fries with cheese and bacon on them, which would’ve have been great, but they were ice cold and stale. To “JB”, the person who supposedly checked my order, please find a new career.
