  This is the second time the person that was supposed to be helping didnt know what he was doing. First time he "thought I was waiting for a to go order". This time I was picking up a to go order and he obviously didn't know the menu because I ordered on the app a meal that included drinks. He wasn't going to give me my drinks since the receipt didnt specify drinks. I had to get a manager again to get what I was supposed to get.

  Every visit to Buffalo Wild Wings is always a great experience thanks to Amy. She is, without question, the best waitress at this location. From the moment we walk in, she greets us with a warm smile and already knows our order by heart, which makes the experience feel personal and effortless. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for her guests set her apart from anyone else in the restaurant. Whether we’re seated at a table or most often at the bar, Amy consistently provides outstanding service. She is attentive without being intrusive, quick to anticipate our needs, and always ensures everything is perfect. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such a personable and welcoming attitude, but Amy does it every single time.

  I had a very long day at the hospital with an ill family member. After a long day I needed to sit down and get a quick but tasty meal. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with fries and a watermelon red bull cocktail. All were absolutely delicious and came out of the kitchen within 10 minutes. The waitress was attentive without asking us if we need anything every few minutes. She was always in sight if we would happen to need anything though which was great.
