  I usually don’t write reviews but this has to Be said So today me and my son came to Buffalo Wild Wings for diner we got seated and was looking over The menu to order and I heard the person behind me say is that a roach I looked over and a roach was crawling on the wall next to where we were sitting this is completely unacceptable roaches crawling by where your customers is eating I didn’t even want to eat them any more with my 3 year old we just got up and left

  Its crazy when you go there on Saturday nobody was in there and the lady tell me it will be 25 to 30 min to get food smh they really need to shut this location down I have ate there before and the service takes so long being it was empty I thought I might have a better experience so disappointed im going to reach out to corporate.

  My elderly mother had a bad experience here, and I’m writing this on her behalf. She went in alone yesterday. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet she waited almost 30 minutes with no service. One staff member told her that her shift was over and walked off, saying someone else would help her…but no one ever did. Frustrated, my mother left to go to ShopRite next door. When she got there, she realized she forgot her bag and returned to BWW. Only then did someone acknowledge her and offer to serve her. She stayed, but regretted it because the food was disappointing, and the “mild” wings were so spicy she couldn’t eat them. When she said something, they just told her, “That’s as mild as they come.”. My mother never complains or writes reviews, so the fact that she called me to say she wanted to write one says a lot. I’m the one who DOES leave reviews, and I’m glad to do so. Buffalo Wild Wings — do better. If you’re this understaffed and overwhelmed on a Thursday afternoon when only a sprinkle of customers are actually there…hire more people. Don’t treat paying customers (especially seniors) like they don’t matter.

  Food is always good. Service was horrible. There was one person doing everything. He didn't seem happy with his job. When i went to order an alcoholic beverage I waa told there was no alcohol, meanwhile there were people at the bar drinking and i could see bottles of alcohol from where I was sitting. Really thought about leaving and going to Applebees. Everytime i come here it's something.

  I rarely write reviews, but this visit was so awful that I feel like I have to warn others. The service was absolutely atrocious from the moment we sat down. Our waiter was rude, dismissive, and clearly had an attitude — acting like we were inconveniencing her just by being there. We waited far too long without even being acknowledged properly, and every interaction felt rushed and unfriendly. It was so bad that we ended up getting up and leaving before even finishing our visit. Save yourself the frustration — this location desperately needs to retrain its staff on basic customer service and respect. I will not be coming back.
