  Fries were inedible and the chicken tasted like it was made hours ago and was just sitting there. Threw most of it away. What a waste of money

  Hands down the slowest one in Ohio. I’ve came back thinking maybe they were just busy that day and every single time they have very few customers but someone manage to having you waiting for 45 minutes not only food but to even get seated. They will look at you but say nothing. I say you know what this time I will do an online order so I can just get it and go and not have to deal with the disrespect or time . I go in say I have an online order then a rude teenager asks me what I want and I reply with I have an online order. She goes well you placed that only 10 minutes ago so it will about 15 minutes before it’s ready. Meanwhile hardly anyone in there and it’s wings and fries man why does that take even more than 10 minutes to make, wild!!!

  Very bad service in general, terrible attention, and a lot of ignorance both with customers to look for their food, and those who wait to sit down.

  Sam was the nicest and most hospitable server I can remember having. Fixed a mistake I made and made me feel really at ease about it. Will be returning for game day and hope to be served by her again!!

  I went last evening to have dinner with my family. Our servers name was Rue and she was very kind and attentive with us. Not only was her sevice on top, the food was also very delicious and hot. We will be coming back!
