They weren't busy and it took over an hour to get our food. Service was bad and my well done burger wasn't cooked in the middle. Waitress brought out out the food and our order was wrong. Cost almost $80 and the entire experience stunk. We will not be returning.

LOCATION Fishers, IN - Geist E 116th St Kiera, the bar supervisor, is the sweetest person I have ever met! She deserves all the blessings that come her way. Give her a raise; I bet she’s the reason customers are coming to this location to eat! After an inconvenience with an employee, Kiera took care of me right away! I seriously love her; you can’t find good employees like her anywhere else! -Diamond

Worst service I've ever had at a chain restaurant. Server was slow, messed up our order and forgot drinks. Never checked on us, we had to beg for water and drinks from another server. All the food came out cold! The manager was very helpful and fixed most our problems. Server continued to provide the absolute worst service I've experienced at a restaurant. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to do a better job vetting their customer facing employees. I will never go back to this location.

I’ve been in here about 5 times in the last 6 months and I always think it’ll be better. But it isn’t. I always wait a long time to even be acknowledged, and on multiple occasions I’ve just left after 5 or 10 minutes with no apparent staff paying any attention except maybe at the pickup desk. There’s also just no environment except for loudish music. Go across the street to Ale Emporium. Much better all around.
