  The wings I got were hard as a rock. Cold and dry both the wings and the fries!

  Terrible Service and food was not good. Waited 30 min to even get 2 ice teas after being seated. They were not even that busy.

  How is this place still in business? I just read through the last 4 months of reviews—the majority horrible. And what’s with them asking you to fill out another form after you’ve already had bad service and left an online review? It doesn’t look like Service has changed at all in the last four months so what is the purpose? We had service similar to the rest of the people leaving a review. We were in town for a soccer tournament and waited over an hour for food. We were going to be late if we waited any longer so we asked when the food would be out. It took them five minutes just to tell us they hadn’t even started our food yet. The guy next to us said he waited an hour and 20 minutes for wings. It’s unfortunate because it was too late for my daughter to eat a meal before her game and she was hungry from her morning game. Avoid this place at all costs! Just look at the reviews and you can see they have horrible management And they clearly don’t care otherwise they would have taken steps to fix the issues, but the service remains consistently horrendous. Why not tell people when they walk in how long it’s going to take instead of wasting their time? As an owner, are you not reading reviews? I would be thoroughly embarrassed to not only be associated with this establishment, much less own it.

  We have been at this location various times. However, we have waited more than an hour for our food. The staff seemed overwhelmed, but what made it worse was the management, who appeared incapable of stepping in to improve the situation. I understand that delays happen, but this felt like mismanagement. I won’t recommend this location until management proves they can run this place efficiently. Their statement: “There is something going on in the kitchen.”

  I understand it's busy during a game (Mizzou vs KU). However the game ended within 15 minutes of us getting there. We were completely ignored by our server the entire time (Ash). A different waitress took our drink order, after we had been there about 20 minutes. When we did finally meet our server to order, we ordered an appetizer with our meal (chips and a dip). She told us the kitchen was backed up and would be 15-20 minutes for our food. About 30 minutes later I stopped her as she walked by (she hadn't checked on us at all and wasn't going to had I not stopped her) to ask for a refill and see if she could check on our appetizer. I got my refill and appetizer about 5 minutes later (not brought by her). The dip was barely warm and had clearly been sitting for a while. It definitely was not the kitchens fault, she just hadn't looked until I asked. The kids grilled cheese came out about this time as well. It was 6:55 or so when the rest of the orders came out. It was clear when it came out that the sauced wings had also been sitting done for a while. We mentioned our cold appetizer and food to a waitress who also blamed the kitchen and to-go orders. However this is bull. Different parts of our food were clearly done and the waitress was just not checking. We saw her check on her other tables multiple times. Some of them came in after us and got food before us. I have no idea why she chose to ignore us. We had plenty of time to observe what was going on around us. Other waitress were doing their jobs and checking on their tables. I will go to Liberty from now on if I decide to ever vist a BWW again.
