  Came in this Monday and took a seat at the bar around 5:45 pm and Kourtnie greeted me and get my drink right away! I will tell you this, how Kourtnie does what she does is unbelievable, she had a huge party on one side of this bar and all the people at the bar eating, drinking and gambling! And she had multiple tables. She was running the whole time we were there! She didn’t let that affect her service thought! She was hurt also! But that didn’t stop her from doing what she had to do! We did see her getting help with the party and all she kept saying was thank you thank you! I believe the manager was Angela. I could be wrong though! Amazing job! Also we asked who decorated for Halloween and guess who? Kourtnie took it upon herself to go shopping annd get everything and decorate the store on her own!!! Looks amazing!!! Makes you smile when you enter!!! Also two minute drills!!! Kourtnie did amazing stopping anything she was doing to make the announcement and get everyone excited about 2$ beers and 4$ appetizers!!! GREAT JOB KOURTNIE ABD BUFFALO WILD WINGS!!!! I will come back to see kourtnie every chance I get!!!!!

  Every single time I come in there the food takes forever. I DoorDash often and every order I pick up is late. I completely stopped coming here to eat and I will be denying every DoorDash order moving forward. The last order I picked up literally sat there for half an hour because the lady at the front desk thought she heard the name wrong. Awful customer service

  Spent almost 100 bucks on take out. Arrived early and still waited. Worst location. Food got me sick. Wings were like jerky and staff seemed like they were loosing it despite the building being empty. Ive managed many kitchens. This is by far the worst crew to have served for me. I’d be embarrassed if I was the manager. Side note. Told my friend about my experience that same night and he said he coincidentally went that same night. Said worst service as well. Las Vegas blvd location is far superior. They are busy all the time and always serve great food.

  Worst location in vegas, waited 1 hour 15 min for our food and got up and left. Wait staff tried to ask us to still pay after 1 hour 15 min wait. Will never be back, calling coperate!!!

  The boneless wings were the worst I have ever had. I had one so dry I had to stab it 2 times with my fork. I didn't tell management, I just crushed it down and drank my water.
