  Our whole gang came to see us while our baby was in the NICU. We had a large group of ten adults and kids. The food was great, as always but the service was stellar. "Lady" was our servers name and she's now our all time favorite. She put dinner over the top. Thank you and BRAVO for an amazing Job.

  Definitely not eating here again anytime soon. My husband and I did the pick 6 and he got the triple burger which was dry and the bacon was burnt. I got the buffalo ranch sandwich and they literally didn’t even bring it out, I had to tell the server that I was still waiting. They took it off our bill but the food was disappointing and the wait was ridiculous. Now my husband is literally sick to his stomach like he has food poisoning

  Worst experience I have ever had at this location we were told by a lady we can sit anywhere then 4 young ladies were huddled in a group looking at us after 20 minutes of waiting one came over and said my shift is over y’all have to move to the bar side of the room we moved then waiting another 10 minutes for one of the other young ladies to come over and take our order when we got our food it was cold let the waitress know about time it came back out we just packed it up the atmosphere was horrible i definitely will not be returning to this location ever again

  In debates tonight between here and Burger King and I should’ve chose the alternate. Waited 10 minutes to be greeted. 20 minutes for the bartender to make two simple mixed drinks since he decided to take a smoke break with the cook. Server blatantly ignored us after dropping our food off to go to her party behind us. We sat waiting for boxes and our check for another 20 minutes. I probably would’ve spent more money on alcohol if I was even asked if I wanted to reorder. Coming from a previous food and beverage person, highly disappointed.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience at Buffalo Wild Wings – Florence, SC (2599 David McLead Blvd) on September 27, 2025. Our party of eight waited over an hour and a half for food. When it finally arrived, it was cold, and half of our group never received their meals at all. The manager was dismissive and only took off the missing items after we insisted — not because of the poor service or cold food. The bathrooms were filthy — unflushed toilets, feces visible in stalls, and urine all over the floor. One person in our group even slipped and fell due to no “wet floor” sign being posted. In the kitchen, we saw employees with long, stringy hair and no hair nets or gloves, and the smell of cannabis was extremely strong among staff members. The forks were dirty, and when we asked for plastic ones, we were refused. We ended up going to our car to get our own utensils just to eat. As a touring band, we visit many restaurants across the country, and Buffalo Wild Wings is usually one we enjoy — but this location was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. The lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and basic respect for customers is completely unacceptable. We’ve reported these conditions to the Florence, SC Health Department, South Carolina Human Affairs Commission, U.S. Attorney – District of South Carolina, and DLA Piper LLP, to ensure proper follow-up. Until this is addressed, we will not return to this location, and we encourage others to take caution before dining here.
