The wings were probably reheated, very dry, not tasty at all, cheese curds were cold. The only thing that I liked was my mint lemonade.

I love eating here it is always just a little loud as it should be for being a sports bar. Our waitress was on point with getting refills and taking care of us. I wish I could remember her name.

Got one plate of food before appetizer. On that plate, wings were cold and fries were hot. App comes out, it was hot but was not appetizing at all. Second plate comes, tenders are delicious & fresh, but potato wedges were not fresh at all. Service was great, but the food was NOT IT. Also the store could use a good cleaning or revamping.

Hey Fast Foodies, at this location, it's was jam packed. And online orders were still coming out in a timely fashion. Good customer service and helpful staff members. I ordered the 15 piece bone in Wings from my rewards and they were hot, juicy, fresh and delicious. This has to be one of my top 3 BBW locations. Will definitely be returning!!!

Go somewhere else. Even the steak place next door literally had 4 cars outside at 6:20pm. Yikes. Up front as a summary, it is very evident most of the food we ordered was precooked and staged. It was also very obvious the boneless wings were HOURS old. I'll touch on the slow (but nice) service also, as well as the poo and paper towel littered restroom. Yes you read that correctly, poo-covered men's room. The food at this Buffalo Wild Wings was not actually acceptable on any level, except for the bone-in chicken wings. One of the four in my party had a 6 piece bone-in wing dish, and the wings were fresh and obviously just cooked. The only acceptable and fully edible meal on the table. I had a 15 piece boneless in Carribean Jerk sauce. The first wing I bit into was barely warm. The second wing was so hard I couldn't come close to puncturing through with a fork. The third wing was barely warmer than the first, can you see the pattern? There were probably 7 wings left on my plate. Trash. The 3rd and 4th seats at my table shared some sort of appetizer platter with 4 items. They chose boneless wings, cheese sticks, onion rings, and chicken tenders. The boneless wings were the same as mine, so all 4 were very old, not hot, and very dry. The cheese sticks seemed ok, the onion rings were pretty fresh, and the chicken tenders were deceiving in their warmer temp.....they were dry and tougher than cheap beef jerky. Our server has just one table when we were sat. It was apparent he had more assignments than just waiting tables, as he was always moving. He was a very nice and courteous fellow, but shortly after we sat down he had a total of 5 tables by us. He couldn't really keep up, as everyone I could see in our area needed refills and were trying to flag him down whenever he came by. Might not have been all of his fault, so I can have some sympathy there. The bathrooms. My whole party was terrified, and the worst part is everyone had to go. The men's restroom was a diarrhea dungeon, the commode had been defeated. Violated. I'm actually sure that whoever made this mess didnt eat at this restaurant, there is no way they were hydrated enough eating food from this store to make this mess. Dirty paper towels all over the floor. Honestly would have rather held it for the hour drive home than use that restroom, if I had to do it over. The women's restroom was out of soap, too. Thankfully we at least had hand sanitizer. Do not go. In fact do not exit 95 for any food here, it all has terrible reviews. If you're in Smithfield or are already a local, you probably know not to come this way for food.
