  Waitress good, food ok, place disgusting!! Literally walked over food and in it at seat. Staff just looked at and walked over also. Seats dirty, beer wasn’t cool not cold. No apology just whatever

  The whole place was dirty I could not put my feet up because there was food the floor and everywhere please clean up the bathrooms to please and thank you

  Ordered pickup here today. I ordered the southern chicken sandwich lunch combo. I ordered it grilled instead of breaded. I did arrive 10 min after my pickup time. I received a breaded chicken that had definitely been sitting a while, my fries tasted old, as if they were from the day before, and I si.ply couldn't eat them. Definitely make sure you check your food before leaving.

  I was one of many tonight who waited for their pick-up. One woman actually was swearing her mouth off because she’d been waiting over 30 minutes. When I arrived a woman had said she’d been waiting an hour. All of us who got our food waited 30-60 minutes…after it was meant to be picked up. The staff are like ghosts. They purposely avoid the front so they don’t have to deal with customers. Once the angry woman who was on the phone left they giggled and gossiped very immaturely. Looks like I’ll continue to take my business to Bridgewater.
