I had a really disappointing experience with the online pickup service at Buffalo Wild Wings. My order was scheduled for pickup at 5 PM, and when I arrived, there were two people in front of me also picking up their food. I was the third customer, gave my name to the staff at the online pickup counter, and waited patiently. However, even after waiting about 20 minutes, the two people behind me received their orders before I did. It felt very unfair and unorganized. The staff handling the online pickup seemed careless and showed no sense of urgency or equality in how customers were being served. This kind of service makes it hard to want to come back. I hope the management pays attention to the online order process and trains staff to treat all customers fairly and efficiently.

Placed an online order. Showed up at the set time. Took the kitchen another hour to get the food out to us. No compensation or anything just expected to deal with bad service. Avoid this location.

Do not like spicy. Wings had spicy sauce on them. Rest was good.

We frequent this bdubs location and it's *usually* fine (and food is almost always great), but occasionally the management issues are obvious and it's enough to annoy the living daylights out of you. Last weekend went to watch the Ohio State game and arrived around 7. Our family of 5 was put on the wait list which was about 20-ish minutes, even though there were several empty tables inside and all but 2 patio tables were open. The parking lot was packed and we thought the inside would be too, but turns out it was the ton of people waiting for carry out orders. We waited 25 minutes before we overheard a server tell her table that the kitchen was so behind on carry out orders that they're not taking any more food orders from the dining room, and that if any servers were caught running food to their tables they would be sent home. So we're talking about 7:25 now, during a football game, and a restaurant is no longer serving food to its dine-in patrons. Instead of turning off carry out orders to give the kitchen time to catch up, servers had to tell their customers they couldn't order food. In other words, the manager prioritized continuing online carry out orders over the patrons who were literally at a table in the restaurant waiting to order food. After I overheard the server, I went back to the hostess to make sure what I heard was right - they weren't serving food for the rest of the night - and she confirmed. But instead of texting us through the waitlist - or heaven forbid walking up and telling us - they were just going to let us keep waiting without saying anything. We left after about 30 minutes, and almost all of the carry out patrons were still there waiting for their orders. All that to also say we've been there several times and have had great service, but it's not reliable or dependable. There's an equal chance it will be a great or not-so-great experience. Your server might be super bubbly or they might be annoyed by your presence, and who knows what management will prioritize that day.
