  This location is the BEST. Always nice ,but especially so when Haley is your server. She is ultra attentive and always has a smile on her face. Absolutely the BEST.

  Empty restaurant yet I still have to wait at to go area for 10 minutes. Always a reoccurring problem & the same employee tucked away behind silver door.

  Last visit, place was filthy and the wings were just awful. Paid way too much for such low standards. This was my sign to just make my own at home.

  This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a simple family dinner. From the very moment we walked in, our waiter, Isaiah, treated us with nothing but attitude. He was rude, dismissive, and acted like serving us was some sort of burden. Instead of making us feel welcome, he made us feel like we were a problem just for being there. What made this even worse was that he didn’t stop at just being rude to our faces, he actually started talking about us to his coworkers, and then they all joined in, staring at us and laughing while we were trying to eat. That is beyond unprofessional. It’s flat-out disgusting behavior. We came in to spend money and enjoy a family night out, not to be mocked and disrespected by the staff who are supposed to be providing service. It’s sad that this was our very first time at Buffalo Wild Wings, and it will most likely be our last. We work hard, just like everyone else, and when we go out to eat, it’s to relax and enjoy ourselves not to be humiliated by the people being paid to do their jobs. The whole experience was embarrassing, disrespectful, and unacceptable on every level.

  I can’t say most definitely that Buffalo wild wings is a great place for individuals to come and eat. I have eaten there multiple times I can say that much. I even actually worked there about five years ago. And it was a great experience, especially being able to see how everything is cooked and how quick it actually even take some things to be made and how long it take other things to be made. But when it comes to this experience, the food that it is that they service always amazing. Especially if you kiss them at a time for where all of your food is going to be fresh! So I will say instead of these individuals trying to rush food out to you that is not fresh it must definitely are able to provide you with food that is going to be great. And when you get what it is that it is that you have hold you are most definitely gonna be satisfied with the different selections that it is that they have to offer. So if you want burgers with bacon on them, mozzarella sticks that you can dip in cheese and any other type of different sauce that it is that you would like or even if you would like vegan options that it is that you would like to eat the buffalo wild wings has exactly what it is that you need. I would highly recommend going to trying the one off of 71st! Where are you gonna be able to have access to great customer service and also a great atmosphere to be able to eat with your friends and family.
