  Was sat at a table and waited for 15minutes was never greeted by a server and was just walk past multiple times. The servers looked annoyed when we got up and left and I would never recommend a place that would do that.

  They pretty much ignored me and my friends for the first 30 minutes. Then once we finally got food ordered it took awhile. Once the food came they didn’t give us any silverware and we couldn’t even find anyone to get us some. My friend had to go wait by the host area until someone walked by to get some forks at least. I’ve never had bad experiences here but this time will probably be the last.

  2 of us stopped tonight for a cold beer and a bite to eat. I surprised it wasn’t busy because the Brewers were playing on the big screen. I now know why. The waitress was fine, apologized for the wait to be acknowledged, but the food was terrible! Sandwich was missing the tomato and lettuce, but had the pickle . The bun was hard, however the man said it must have been sitting under the heat too long and he was sorry as they got “ slammed” at that time. (It wasn’t any busier than when we walked in- NOT BUSY. ) Remade the sandwich (another 1/2 hour later) I asked for a to go box- as my date had already finished his dinner). Went up to pay, asked to see the manager…. NEVER once did we say we wouldn’t pay for what we ordered, but wanted to let him know how disappointed we were with our experience. HE WAS RUDE! DEFENSIVE and A JERK, no apology and didn’t even look us in the eye. I work in customer service and I would NEVER treat a guest like that… and he’s a manager???? We stated we probably wouldn’t be returning and his comment was… GOOD BECAUSE HE’D CALL THE COPS! Not impressed!!!!! Probably why it wasn’t busy… even during a Brewer game. Side note: They say they have a bar… but there was no bar tender. 🤷‍♀️.

  The server was new so none of this is real her fault but 1. I asked for a dry rub on my onion rings because the menu and the server said I could get dry rub on them, they are plain. 2. The food took a long time to come out for what was a really light order 3. They made one large and one regular of the onion rings even though I just got a regular. The bill came up to be more than what it was supposed to be and I told them so they made it what it was supposed to be but, they already made the large onion rings, instead of just giving them to me they just took it back to throw it out ig?
