Saw a 5 hour ALDS game here. Place was open after closing to allow us all to watch the end of that marathon. Nice staff. Good seating.

Our group got seated pretty quickly, but waited about 20 minutes before a server introduced themself to us and asked what we wanted to drink. By then we all already knew what we wanted to order, but we had to wait another 20 minutes to put in our food order. My friend ordered an iced tea, so when our server came out with the drinks, the server told my friend that they needed to wait for them to brew more tea and just left them hanging while everyone else at the table had something to drink. If the server cared, they could've asked my friend if they wanted a water while they had to wait, but no. It was another 30 minutes before we finally got our food, majority of our food showed up cold/barely warm. When a friend from my table finally caught the manager, he brushed our concerns off with excuses of it "being busy" and never apologized for the experience we had. Awful restaurant and awful management, employees do not care about their customers.
The restaurant we went to earlier the same day had a delay in the food coming out and they were much busier than this restaurant. Our server told us what happened with the delay, they accepted fault and apologized. And we still had a lovely experience there. It's that easy.

We walked in at 7:25 and were “seated” immediately. I use that term loosely because the host just pointed at a table in the bar area and told us to sit there. It took almost 30 minutes before we even had drinks at the table and another 30 minutes before the food showed up. When it finally came, half of it was cold and the other half had clearly been sitting in the window too long.
The manager Shane M. was a complete joke. I saw him in the dining room maybe three times total in the hour and a half we were there. He spent most of his time loitering at the drink station near the bar, chatting, and occasionally dancing like he was auditioning for attention instead of running a shift. When I finally got the chance to say something, he brushed me off with excuses like “we’re busy” and “we don’t have a server assigned to this section.” He even said “Well if you had brought it to my attention earlier.” When, Shane? When could I have brought it up? We saw our server three times total and you and I made eye contact multiple times. Not once did you take responsibility or attempt to fix the problem.
Aren’t you the manager? The name tag says you are, but your actions and lack of basic soft skills make me question if you’re an imposter or if the person who promoted you knows what they’re doing. Why should I, the customer, have to come up with a solution for problems you’re paid to handle? Maybe learn to take accountability and actually manage a shift, unless you’re still too busy making a fool of yourself by dancing next to the bar.
Do better.
