  Visited here from Arizona. Thought we'd go here for SNF thinking we'd get what we've come to expect from BWW. Couldn't be more wrong. Appeared to be understaffed, waited for a beer long enough that I could have brewed a keg, fries were cold, 3 chicken strip meal came out with only 2. Guess next time one of the dark, dank looking local sports bars might have been the better choice

  Waiting for almost 20 minutes, no one single person said I will be there with you in a moment, they just ignore us, no a very good customer service. Didn't like this place.

  The first and last visit to this location. Absolutely pathetic level of service in general. Spent 40 minutes standing in the to go area AFTER my lukewarm order was supposed to be done (on top of the expected 20 minute eta) just to get home and find half of my second order of wings is completely missing in TOP of having to wait after i got my order to remind them of the drinks which they also forgot. I guess MY ? Fault for not making sure everything i paid for was present when handed my order? Idk. Terrible experience, horrible wait time while the staff is all circle jerked each other at the bar and went as far as walking up within feet of us to bs w an off the clock employee and then proceeds telling the entire line waiting they can seat themselves although they too were waiting for orders. Im genuinely surprised this establishment is still open w this level of service. Food gets +1 bc the wings werent dripping and sitting in pools of sauce, and +1 for the chocolate cake being fire (though i wouldn’t be surprised if thats pre packaged due to how good it actually was) waste of time and money at this location.

  Ordered a mobile online pickup order not to long ago, I waited 30 minutes to pick it up, got there, checked in, and still waited 45 minutes for my order in line as multiple workers came and went. Finally I got asked if I had been helped, so I politely said yes I have a mobile pick up order. She got it to me. I went home, and realized they forgot half my wings, and I did not get my chocolate cake. Food was cold. They weren't very busy, I do like to try and give people grace. Especially in the food industry but come on now.

  For the last past 2-3 years on and off, i’ve been coming here to watch football. Today on. 09/14/2025 I got there early as usual to get my table, it started off good getting my drinks fill, talking with the managers and start watching some football. Out of nowhere the service stops. My son came in his mom and his little sister. We waited for a while while she asked me who’s the waitress. I said the skinny girl with curly hair, I didn’t catch her name. I continue to watch football. I told her there she is. We got her attention. She came over and she told us that she didn’t wanna wait on us because we don’t tip. She also mentioned that nobody wants to wait on us. So as we were solving out that issue another waitress came in the native girl and she told me hey it’s good to see you guys again it’s been a while so I called her over and talk with her and the manager. The manager also recognize us and said yes you guys have always been here. You come here early to watch your games. I just don’t understand why she would say that. So I said here is $10. Tell her thank you for serving us our drinks and we would like to change our waitress, but my family left because they were upset. I stayed to watch football. So be careful who serves you and stick with those servers. She had the audacity to tell me that I’m not a tipper. I know how the restaurant business works because I got family that work in the business. And not only that she’s was telling everyone else. The next table next to us heard all the commotion asked me what was going on and I told him. So he said the hell with us we are leaving. We don’t we don’t want service like this and they left. So as of today, I will not be going to this Buffalo Wild Wings ever again. And just looking at all the reviews I agree with a each and every one of them. No services, food comes out dry and hard, some rude waitresses, hands-down, the worst BWW ever. But nothing will ever be done. But I wish this place nothing but the best hopefully they learn customer service and to cook, right…. I wanted the other things I tip base on you customer service whether it’s good or bad I always tip.
