  Server was amazing and very attentive, food was MEH....was way better when the first opened, now it's too commercialized, not as personal. Freezing cold in here.

  Cold Wings, Slower Service — What Happened? I’ve been a loyal BWW fan for awhile now, but ever since Texas Roadhouse opened next door, things have gone downhill. • BOGO Tuesday: Wings were dry, chewy, and tasted like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp. • Today (Saturday): The bar was half empty, yet my food took longer than usual and when it finally arrived, it was cold. I’m not here to rant. I’m here because I want BWW to be better. This used to be my go-to spot. Now? It feels like the kitchen’s on autopilot and the urgency is gone.

  One of the worst experience I have EVER had inside of a place of business. Food was burnt literally burnt. Service we literally had to go find. Want something good to eat and a pleasant experience, then dont go here! EPIC FAIL

  No wait for table however waited over an hour to get food and the place was pretty empty. I ordered fried pickles for 14.99 and got about 6 slices ridiculous. Bww is going down hill pathetic
