We were in town for homecoming. Ordered through door dash. We ordered a 10 wings, 6 wings, nachos, small fries, celery, carrots, ranch and Bleu cheese. We received 9 wings, 5 wings, NO Nachos and no Ranch or Carrots. I called the restaurant and they said that the kitchen had been closed for 30 minutes and there’s “nothing they can do”… Funny thing is that we called less than 2 minutes after getting our food, and our Hotel is 3 blocks from the restaurant. The food that we DID get was hot…. So how could the kitchen have been closed for 30 minutes??? No solution or apology? Just we are closed? No compensation? TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I hope that the Manager or Corporate will see this!

Got an order to go.. got it all wrong ,missing items etc. After waiting 7 minutes for someone to pick up the phone I got a manager. I explained the issue, and to his credit, he said he would fix new items.
He did and gave us a 15 dollar gift card for the trouble
The burger was great, the cauliflower wings were good. After all the hassle, it was a pretty good meal

They have really good burgers and stuff like that here but honestly the wings aren't the best for a wing place. I don't know if it's the distributor or if they just overcook them but that is the only problem I have

We got seated at 7pm, was a party of 9, we ended up leaving at 8:50 and never even received our appetizers. We ordered the endless apps, problem is they never got started. We then told staff we were going to leave because kids in our group were hungry, and at this point, we asked if our food had been started, and if so just box it up because we were leaving, we were told by the manager they are putting the order in bags now, so we waited a little longer, she then came back out with no food, and we left. This is the worst restaurant experience I have had, and won't be visiting this location again.
