We didn’t even get everything we paid for. The 5 tenders? Completely missing. I got a Dr Pepper instead of Pepsi, the fries were hard, hollow, and tasted stale, and the wings had almost zero seasoning. The so-called “lemon pepper” tasted like plain unseasoned chicken. And to top it all off, my “plain” chicken sandwich was spicy.
Took 15 minutes for a server to come to the table another 30 for my husband and I to get our food. There was at most 8-9 tables in the whole restaurant. The server never came back after dropping the food off. We had to walk over to the drink area to get refills and I had to flag her down to get our check. We saw a table get up and leave before even getting their food. I’m a local and this was a horrible dining experience. They were yelling for food runners which tells me our food along with other tables were just sitting under the warmers. Most all the tables that were in there had empty drinks even if your kitchen is running behind there is no excuse not to keep drinks full on slow nights.
This is the worst location we have ever been to… my husband and I eat at bwws weekly. Every vacation we go on, we eat at bwws. This location needs some serious work. Better management or something. They were only seating on 1 side of the restaurant. Only 5-7 tables at a time. When we walked in it was dead. They said it was about a 10 minute wait. Whatever no big deal. When we got sat it took almost 10 minutes for anyone to come offer us drinks… okay. I just assumed they are short staffed. Our food came out quickly thankfully. The food was like any other bwws. Good. Although my husbands order wasn’t entirely correct. Again not really a big deal. However while eating we noticed a long line of people waiting to be greeted and seated. They stood there for a long time. No host in site. 2 waitresses sitting at a table talking. Putting on lip gloss. We waved one down for some ranch and she stood up and finished talking to the other girl before walking over to us. Although she was polite that is very unprofessional. They finally went and got someone to seat the people standing and waiting. They sat 1 family down. The others had to wait on the bench. After a few minutes the family on the bench got up and left. I have never seen such a crappy Buffalo Wild Wings… they didn’t even ask if I was a rewards member. I sound like such a Karen I know. But seriously this is how bad it was.

If i could leave zero stars i would, we had a party of 5, 30 minute wait no problem what so ever. My party walks outside open up the trunk to watch the game from the patio,(someone tried going through the emergency door, manager asked if we were on the waitlist we said yes that was it) staff is cleaning said patio, we overhear “i’m about to call the cops because they are doing stuff they aren’t supposed too”. Same said manager walks around the back from the kitchen screams at us “you guys need to leave we are calling the cops” no questions asked we closed the trunk and left. We go around to the other side and half the staff is outside so no wonder there’s a 30 min+ wait. As someone who has worked at a bww i’m beyond disappointed. When i called the one manager said her name was brittany. 0/10 do not come to this location. just lost 150-200$ worth of business

My party and I arrived around 1045/11 on a Thursday night. We had a party of 9 so we expected to wait but when we checked in with the hostess they told us it was going to be an hour wait. It wouldn’t have been an issue except for the fact that there was literally 5 tables in the whole restaurant. I asked them if we were to split the party if it would be quicker, the hostess told us “it doesn’t matter the size of the party that it was the kitchen that was backed up.”
We decided to wait, got the confirmation text saying 60/75 minutes. After an hour and 10 mins we went to check in to see how much longer the hostess then told us another 30 minutes. After this news, another person from our party went it and asked to be seated since the restaurant was empty we finally got sat.
Our server, Montana, was friendly and did a great job. However, the kitchen was so slow. We waited at least 20 mins after ordering to receive our app which was lukewarm, and at least another 30 mins between our app and dinner.
Again, we had a bigger party so I understand waiting longer for things but the restaurant was empty, no more than 5 tables at a time. I dont get how you can be a corporate chain restaurant with a kitchen so slow. We were there from 1045/11pm until 2am just waiting on the kitchen.
