We actually couldn’t believe it and when he refused to give it back we threatened to call the cops. Unreal that a manager would try and keep a real identification.

They didn't even scan my ID and threatened to keep it, and even after trying to prove my age they wouldn't serve me or anyone else of age in my group. Awful service.

This is not okay, and on top of that, all employees were ducking and weaving into the kitchen every time I tried to get their attention. Every single person that walked in after me (about 7 or 8) got their food before me and I ordered at the counter. After I got my food, went outside to check the order and it was incorrect. After walking back in and asking for my original order, I got an “I’m so sorry we don’t have the right flavor left.” So I had to completely change my original order, I got an apology from one employee but this is completely unacceptable, don’t bother coming for the to go orders because you’ll never get it. Or you’ll get stared at and have someone say, “I’ll go check on it” and then it’ll never come out.
