  My daughter is addicted to this place. The waitresses and floor manager are awesome. For the first time in my life asked for something to be taken off the bill, only because there was a miscommunication on how my daughters burger was go be cooked. The manager didn't even blink. I was embarrassed as in 55 years I've never sent something back, or asked for it to be taken off the bill. If you like wings, excellent service and very large screens to watch sports, this is the place to go. They're open up late, too. A lot of places close early around here.

  Terrible experience. Despite the place being dead on a Saturday night, our food still took over an hour. When we asked for a manager, Elizabeth came over and was rude and dismissive. If this is the type of “leadership” Buffalo Wild Wings has in place, it explains the poor service. She should not be in a management position. Won’t be returning.
