Wings tasted like they were cooked a week ago and fries tasted like they were cooked a month ago. Don't eat their. It's so bad that you may end up in the hospital.

Your servers don’t come and check on you and take an hour to get your check right after bringing it to you several times and acting pissy towards you bc it’s not right. We had a big group of people with crying babies after we asked for our check we proceeded to sit there for an hour after when our waitress was no where to be seen we had to ask several different people about our checks and where our waitress was and bloody seemed concerned we ended up paying one big ticket bc she still couldn’t figure out how to split the checks when we told her who was with who at the beginning. Nobody was friendly and they acted like they dont need to do the job they’re paid for.

I ordered the BOGO burger deal one All American and one 3 Bacon. When I got back to work and opened my bag, the All American burger was missing. I called the store to let them know about the issue and was placed on hold for a manager.
When Jackie, the manager, answered, she insisted she had checked the bag and said both burgers were in there. However, there clearly was not. We had ordered a total of 6 burgers, so I have no reason to lie about one missing. Instead of helping resolve the situation, she repeatedly told me I was lying and refused to provide a replacement burger.
This type of response is unacceptable and unprofessional. A manager should focus on customer service and problem solving, not accusing paying customers of dishonesty. Jackie’s attitude and refusal to address the issue properly shows she should not be in a management position.
