The tables were not getting cleared. Several tables were left dirty for the entire time we were there for our meals. The floors were had a lot of debris on them, napkins, straw wrappers and silverwear.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Tracie was our server. Food was out quick and service was great.

JAMAL IS THE MAN!!! Excellent service. We had never eaten at BWW because the family isn't big on chicken...but it was across from the hotel. The cauliflower wings with the golden fire sauce were off the chain. The burgers were juicy and well-done to perfection. We even got some more for the drive home! Thanks again

I ordered through the app. I used my rewards I had accumulated to purchase bww bundle at a cost of $20. I was excited to use my rewards and receive a discount on my families meal. However , it didn’t reflect anywhere but my rewards. Meaning I could see my points disappear. But when I called the store to ensure I would receive my discount. They said they couldn’t see anything. I was actually transferred to a manager on duty. Who also stated that she couldn’t see anything. But she insured me she would take care of it when I picked up my food. I’m In hospital so I told her my wife would be picking it up. When she returned with the food I looked at receipt and no discount or reward was given, however, my almost 3,000 points are missing and I was charged $116. Due to the fact I believe in tipping. So, my $100 meal that should have cost me $80 actually cost me $116. How dare they take my $16 tip for good service.but refuse to give me my $20 discount for being a valued guest? I’m not quite sure if it was the app or the store that sucks! But I’m leaning towards both ! Fortunately, I know not to order from this site again. It has left a bad taste in my mouth about the whole company at this point! I want my discount and or my points I EARNED back! Hopefully, that’s not to much to ask!
