  So sad the food is always great but all time when I order pickup orders there's is always something missing if not sauces dipping or other articles 😢

  This experience was so bad it’s always bad when we come and we come once every 2 years to this location. The service was so bad I asked about a drink if they had it and the waiter just said no and handed my the drink menu. There was no like “ oh let me show you something similar” no smile at all no. No acknowledgment to my husband and I what so ever. We have been waiting here for 20 minutes for my husbands food and I got half of my order still waiting on fries. The waiter has not once came up to us and said anything about oh I’m sorry the food will be out in one sec nothing at all. This is ridiculous. You guys need to do better.

  Ordered UBEREATS 10/4…This is by far the worst BWW I've ever had. For the night crew that is responsible for this should be fired! Why would you dump all of this powdered seasoning into the stuffed tots container like this? This wasn't edible at all! None of my food was edible. I wasted $45 bucks on this crap! Wings and burger tasted old. Someone did this on purpose and I hope karma hit you well and soon for this bullcrap! Extremely pissed!!

  I usually never leave bad reviews when a problem has been fixed. The food is Ok. But! for God’s sake, bring some staff! The poor girl behind the bar is literally Everywhere! Her assistant is doing nothing. She deserves a better place to be honest.
