Buffalo wild wings is a standard sports bar with lots of beer and lots of great heavy meaty options to satisfy your taste buds. It's a bit too loud for my taste but the rooftop seating is really nice. Our waiter seemed really quiet and reserved at first and we were a bit worried, but he was excellent and attentive and I have no complaints.

Same unbelievably awful experience as what everyone else in the google review section has been saying for the past 2 years, I have now noticed. There is no “wait staff”, only employees who don’t seem to know what they are supposed to be doing. The only reason I got any service is because I was near the hostess stand. I had to notify her *when I was ready to order *that my burger wasn’t delivered along with the other food *that I was ready to pay and needed take out boxes The server was nice, but I NEVER saw her on the floor to even catch her attention. The restaurant was nearly empty on a Friday night. The sampler appetizer took at least 20 minutes and was clearly pre-frozen food-service fare. It had dried-out boneless wings and barely-warm onion rings. It was delivered by a man who just plopped it down. I had to tell the hostess my burger order was missing. The server was apologetic, and assured me that she did put in the order. When it came, the fries were tough and stale. I had to tell the hostess when we were ready for a check and togo boxes. She just went ahead and got the boxes herself, and yet another girl brought the check. Has the staff here even been trained? I don’t know why corporate bothers to keep this location open; surely the sales numbers are as consistently low as the reviews.

From someone who has traveled the country & loves to eat Buffalo Wild Wings , this is by far my worst experience I’ve he with any location!! Paul, the manager should go back to being a bus boy very under train very unprofessional does not carry himself as someone I would have running a Franchise business .

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I sat at the bar and waited about 7–12 minutes before a bartender even acknowledged me or my guest. When I finally ordered a hibiscus ginger beer (nothing else), I was served a mule instead. It took another 15 minutes before I could even ask to place a food order, and I ordered a small hot and lemon-pepper cauliflower bites. After more than an hour and twenty minutes, and after asking for the manager three different times and standing near the kitchen trying to get her attention, my food finally arrived. My guest ordered a beer that never came. The most disappointing part was that no manager ever came over to speak with us. As a restaurant owner myself, I understand mistakes happen, but communication and accountability are everything. If management had simply addressed the situation, I wouldn’t have felt the need to write this review. Upper management or the GM really needs to evaluate how this location is being run.

I wouldnt know how the food taste beczuse i never got waited on. Went to the sign that says take out, no one there. But i see across the room 4 or 5 employees sitting at a booth. I then go to the bar, one girl goes to walk over to the table of emoloyees and the other lady is punching something on the screen. I understand if your already helping someone, just acknowledge me. Once i told the bartender i didnt want a drink but a togo order but noone was over, she left the menu and after a few minutes directs mr back to the "take out" area because the person is now there. That person fixes drinks and goes back to the table with the employees. Its Wednesday night, the SLOWEST day for retail and resturants. 3 people at the bar, a group of 6 and a couple, thats it!!! And after 8 minutes of watching employees huddle and no since of take care of the customer - i walked out. As i am walking out, the "take out" person walks away from the employees looking confused - a customer should NEVER have to wait so employees can chit chat.
