I'm so glad another one opened closer to home for me. I haven't had a bad encounter with their staff, and my food always comes out at a reasonable time and taste great.

My wife and I ordered 2x 20 boneless wings combos online (To-Go). The wings, curds, and onion rings were extreemly lackluster. You could taste that the oil was greasy and flat within morsels of our food. This led to negative side effects within our well being to include an onset of extreem cramps. Be cognizant and test your food prior to leaving.

Came to pick up the order. My order was sitting on the counter. The lady asked my name and said they were still working on it. Then a few minutes later she comes back out and checked the order still sitting on the counter and said it was mine. This was after already looking at the order on the counter after taking my name. The fries had a dog hair (that's what it looks like) on top of the fries. The fries are also freezing and rock hard. Wings are also cold. I wished I would have read the takeout reviews before ordering from here.

Service has gotten better, food is pretty good. But the reason for the low star rating comes primarily from the temperature. I'm part of a weekly watch party for my favorite college football team. They have us on the back patio each week, and it's absolutely FREEZING in there. No hyperbole. It doesn't matter what time of day, or even time of year. Even with a hoodie on in August,bits unbearably cold. That's why I stopped going.

AWFUL SERVICE!!!! I tried to call for 45 or more minutes to place an order. I drove to ask a manager why they don’t answer their phones. He then had me wait 10 more minutes for him to tell me “there’s someone on the phones” I can literally see the phone unattended. She finally answered while we are in the store , and disregards me saying how long it’s taken to get an answer. And said “oh that’s okay can I get a name for the order”. The manager did nothing to resolve the problem, as soon as I told him. he went back to making drinks behind the bar. He just dismissed the issue and tried to take my order there without addressing any of their horrible service. I have a gift card to use and they wouldn’t refund it either. It wasn’t until I went over to their ringing phone, that the lady that was supposed to answering calls finally did. Called multiple times from multiple numbers. When I went in and half the dining room was shut and they looked not busy at all. The manager at 10-11 pm on September 19,2025 and the phone lady suck. Your service is losing you business.
Update went back the next day to speak with a different Manager and again they knew and heard about all the problems but again didn’t do anything to fix or even justify their horrible practices and genuinely made it feel like I was a sucker for wanting to eat there, as a customer I was in the least bit satisfied, and most likely will not be returning as well as informing friends and family about the lack of care paying customers
