  They mess up the order every single time. Never give you the sauce or dip although you order on the side, items are missing too. Looks like they don’t even care what customers exactly want. Very worst customer service. This is my second time having same issue , I ordered something and got something else. Never ever going back to this place.

  It’s sad that there is always a shortage of help….at least that is the excuse that is used when we walk in. There are many tables available but the staff says that the wait is around 45 minutes. Maybe we need to increase pay for these servers?? I don’t know what the issue is but hire more help!!!!

  We ordered to go and I'm pregnant. I rarely find anything I can hold down, so I was so upset; the food was so good until I found a hair in my food. The staff was already frustrated and overwhelmed since there was such a large crowd. I also only got 2 chicken tenders instead of the 3 I ordered, but I was okay with it since it was hectic. I just wanted to enjoy my food. Such a large food chain and image is everything they can do better.

  We came in as a group of 9 not busy was already 7:30 pm and a Sunday. We went waited a couple minutes to be seated which was fine understandable. Upon ordering is when everything went downhill. It took 30 mins for half of our group to get food then another 30 mins for the other half. So basically by the time one half started eating the other was done eating already. Even then I understand sometimes having to wait but it was not busy. When we got are food to top it off it was wrong. We asked for saucy lemon pepper got dry rub oh well accidents happen we informed the server Breanna and told her no fuss just bring side of sauce and that’s fine no need to return the food. The sauce never showed up. We waited everyone at and the wings got cold because the server Breanna never came back to check on us not even for refills. Terrible service all around. And again no excuse wasn’t busy just server would disappear in the kitchen or hide in the little fountain drink areas. For us to get there at 7:30 to eat and leave was 2 hours .

  Came here for dinner not even 5 minutes after being sat down and we see a huge cockroach crawling the wall right beside us literally inches from us the waiter moved us didn’t apologize I don’t even think I saw her kill it I honestly think it got away. No apology no slight discount we tried eating but obviously appetite was gone. This place needs to do better we literally sat right beside the kitchen area don’t doubt thats where it came from.
