  It's Tuesday at 3:50 there were no customers, there were only 3 people eating at the bar, and my two children and I at a table! The waitresses were not able to ask what we were going to eat or drink we were waiting for 15 minutes while the two white and the black were just talking to each other sitting on the bar chairs, it's ridiculous that they charge a payment just for sitting there talking while the customers leave for not having service!

  MALE EMPLOYEE IN GIRLS BATHROOM. 9/4/25 @ 4:45pm. Completely inappropriate, I am disgusted. I was in the girls bathroom with my elementary age daughters when a MALE employee entered the bathroom followed by a female employee and they entered the SAME STALL. Inappropriate on all levels, completely unprofessional and quite frankly disgusting. When I spoke with the manager Tracey she told me the male “identifies” as a female and that the establishment was “an equal opportunity employer”. There is no excuse for a male in the girls bathroom, let alone TWO employees in the same stall at the same time. BOTH of my daughters were extremely confused and uncomfortable with a male in their bathroom - let alone WITH another woman in the stall. When we tried to pay for the food on our table and leave because we were uncomfortable, they attempted to bill us the entire bill (we had not even gotten our food yet). When we tried to correct the “second manager on duty” from ringing up the entire bill, she then proceeded to act like WE were the inappropriate ones and said my husband “yelled” at her when he was simply shouting “maam!” To get her attention before she rang up the entire bill. She was highly confrontational (I wish I got her name but she was blonde). I am terribly disappointed and will never go back to any BWW establishment in the future. Unfortunately, they value affirming mental illness over the safety of little girls in their establishment. Disgusting.

  Went in around 10:50, they close at 12:00. I went to place a to go order and the young lady let me know I have to order at the bar. The bartender was taking samples of beer … didn’t really wanna order from a drunk worker… but No problem, I go to the bar and the bartender tells me the grill is cut off at 10:45…. Why are you open until 12 if you can’t receive full service after 10:45. No sign that says the kitchen closes at a certain time and over never known a Buffalo Wild Wings to close their kitchen down early…. But I digress. Go at your own risk… and remember they only serve food when they want to… open for business doesn’t equate to offering food .

  Made an order for pickup , the order was wrong the burger was not cooked, Mac and cheese was very crusty ( seriously)- I called back to speak to the manager twice they hanged up on me , never go a call back or a voucher refund. I don’t remember it We ended at McDonald’s!!!!
