I hope her manager sees this and gives her accolades because she made our evening fun. Buffalo wild wings is always good for the black bean burger. I enjoyed mine and the hatch chili queso. We sat in the dining area and we never felt rushed even though it was close to closing time. Staff are smiling and pleasant. Lots of TVs. Clean bathrooms. Thank you for a great evening!

- SDScrappy DooNov 2, 20251.0Arrived at 7:00pm, order wasn’t fired until 7:11pm (that or it was ready and sat there for 19 minutes?). Finally got the bags of food at 7:30pm. Checked the bag and everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, was cold. Like, not even heat lamp warm. Last time it took 45 minutes for our food and I figured they were short staffed or busy. Not this time. Chloe says the fryer timer is set to 7 minutes for boneless wings and where the other 23 minutes went, I don’t know. Maybe the cooks should be replaced. No wonder they have 3.2 stars. Last time I make that mistake. Fix your restaurant. It’s not steaks.

The food and drinks were good and our server was friendly, but we had to wait over an hour each time just to receive even basic items like draft and bottled beer. A few of our friends ended up leaving because the wait was too long. Our order was also mixed up, and dishes we didn’t order were brought to the table. On top of that, the bill included charges for items we never received, and we had to go through it carefully and speak with the manager twice to get it corrected. I noticed similar concerns mentioned in other reviews, and unfortunately, our experience matched those issues.
