  We were a group of 10 and our bill was over $200. The food and drinks were good and our server was friendly, but we had to wait over an hour each time just to receive even basic items like draft and bottled beer. A few of our friends ended up leaving because the wait was too long. Our order was also mixed up, and dishes we didn’t order were brought to the table. On top of that, the bill included charges for items we never received, and we had to go through it carefully and speak with the manager twice to get it corrected. I noticed similar concerns mentioned in other reviews, and unfortunately, our experience matched those issues.

  our server was very friendly but the food took an hour to come out when people around us were getting our food. The whole order was wrong and cold. Our server checked on us once. I think there needs to be new management, she was all over the place with nearly no help as it seemed. Would not come again. And to see all the bad reviews… cmon yall clearly need a new staff or new management geez

  Don’t come here, ordered 10 boneless wings and fries wanted 1hr and 10 mins for the lady to bring 20 boned wings and no fries, and had to get up to even ask were my food was or any service,

  It’s not that the food or drinks are horrible it’s just this place is poorly managed. Wait staff are lackadaisical. There is zero life in this joint. Patrons are drowning their sorrows in suds and sucking down wings. Second location of BWW I’ve noticed that has a management problem. Even the rap music on the overhead is depressing. This franchise is in trouble. Money better spent elsewhere. Quick Look around - less than 25% occupied. That says a lot. This place is on par with the Tupelo, MS location with this one being slightly cleaner but wait staff equally miserable with their jobs.

  I've been here multiple times, and every time the service has been abysmal. We're lucky if we see our server once every 15 minutes. The food always takes incredibly long to come out as well As for taste, it's solid, but probably not worth the long wait. If the times got up, it would be great, but the wait and the service are simply not worth it. Edit: I wrote this while waiting for our food. From the time we ordered to the time we got our food was about 55 minutes and our server never checked on us once. I'd much rather go to Chili's or Red Robin instead.
