  We where waiting for an hour for our food we didn’t get our drinks for like 6 mins when our food came out it was cold and our waiter was rude they kept looking at us but didn’t even bring our appitizers our either till we payed and had to take them to go they charged us for sum food we didn’t eat and we still payed

  We came in at 11:05, almost an hour before closing. We stood at the entrance and waited for quite a bit. No one came to us to seat us, so we left.There was two female servers avoiding us. If they would’ve just said the kitchen is closed we would’ve understood.

  I've been going 2 B.W.W. for 8 yrs now 2 watch my BAMA games. I've traveled all of north BAMA 2 find the best location This Oxford, BAMA location is absolutely the best. I come 50 miles east of atlanta, HELLORGIA every Sat 2 b here. It's well worth it. Kelly the mang is absolutely awesome!!

  This was supposed to be the last meal i had with my family before deployment. It took 15 minutes just for the drinks to come out and then well over an hour after that just to get the food which had turned cold. The sauces were warm ironically, leaving the taste not satisfactory. My wings had the sauce already soaked into them, and you could tell that nothing on our table was made fresh.

  I visited the location near the end of August (8/17) and had a check for $22 (including tip which I signed for) that posted to my bank account as a $76 charge. Neither the restaurant manager Nathan nor Discover helped me to dispute the charge. In the end, I as a college student was overcharged $50 and was not able to get my money back. I didn't even get to talk to a manager when I called. Very disappointed and will never visit another location again. I was told by the manager that they found the error and corrected it on their end and that it would take 30 business days. Today marks 30 business days and I have yet to be compensated.
