  Really bad from the start. Menus were sticky, waited an hour for food, people who came in after us got served before us. Never got refills. No apology for the wait time. Appetizers came out with the main course, not before. Had to ask 2 employees for a manager. Manager took forever to come talk to us. She took off our appetizers, but please explain how 15 wings and 2 sprites came out to $44?? Since when did Buffalo Wild Wings become so expensive? Not worth the price and the service was just awful.

  Always go on the bogo days the deal can’t be beat. Staff is always pleasant and attentive. I would recommend eating here.

  I have noticed that quality has gone down at this location as well as customer service. I ordered ahead and did not arrive early. I still waited another 10 minutes for my food and it was missing items. One of the employees argued that I didn't order it but when I tried to show my app with my order, they just rolled their eyes and took the whole order back. 20 minutes later I got it back but only the new stuff was hot everything else in the bag was cold. There were a lot of people waiting with similar issues. I rarley leave bad reviews but that was the last time I will be going to your restaurant. Sad because its close to my house and I used to really enjoy going.

  I got the "ultimate" nachos. I spent over $15 for nachos with no cheese. These are not my nachos, but this picture looks exactly how mine looked. I told the waitress and she brought me a side of grated cheese. Pathetic. I'm not eating here again.
